Week 10, Last week (Assess my technology integration- advice to new participants)


Dear All,

This is week 10 the last week in the course. I just want to say that I was extremely happy to be with you. I enjoyed even the hardest days of work. I remember coming back late from work exhausted and sleepy and a demanding assignment is waiting for me. Although that seems difficult I really enjoyed it. This gives us, teachers, a lesson: we should look for things that appeal to our students in order to make them able to exert more effort.

In this week, I learnt how to assess my technology integration. Hopefully, I am moving forward to be in tier 2. I dream to be in tier 3 where students are responsible for most of their learning. They become creators of their learning materials.

In addition to that I gave some advice to new participants of the course. I created a prezi for that. Here is the link: http://prezi.com/tl8bpah_r-bo/

Finally, I don’t like saying goodbye. Let’s make the course the first step. Hope I can keep in touch with all the course members. They are all distinguished teachers and I have learnt a lot from them.

    Tier 3 is such a big challenge, and I bet you will take your students and teaching to that level, soon with all your efforts and teaching passion.
